This study, which is marked by the Constitutional Framework of the Central Administrative
Organization and Administrative Decentralization in the Kingdom of Bahrain, examines the direction of
the Bahraini constitutional legislator in organizing administrative work In terms of adopting the
administrative central system at the time of the emergence of the modern state, the Bahraini Constitution
was issued in 1973 to strengthen the pillars of the state. It took administrative decentralization with a
margin of municipal elections until 2002 when the Bahraini National Action Charter was passed. Admin
