Abstract

E-commerce is a new form of legal dealings, as it is the result of the development of telecommunications, which is the means through which contracts are concluded, and modern legislation concerned with the protection of consumers in electronic contracting, consumer represents the weak party in the contractual process, and since Conventional general rules in civil legislation did not provide adequate protection for the consumer. Modern legislation has adopted many means of consumer protection, whether in the pre-contracting phase, the stage of concluding the contracting, or the stage of implementing the electronic contract. This is what the research exposed for by explaining what is the implementation of the electronic contract and consumer guarantees against defective products and ensure exposure and maturity, and his rights in give up contract.
