Abstract

Some novel imidazo[2,1-b]thiazoles were synthesized from thiohydantoins and α-bromoketones in good yields and two methods. These methods has the advantages of simple operation, high yields, mild reaction conditions, and uses less toxic and low cost chemical reagents.
