Abstract

The aim of this paper is to introduce the methods, techniques and theories concerning web usability and the automation
of human-computer interaction (HCI) processes for the intelligent development of web-applications based on the main principles and
rules of HCI Engineering. Starting from the description of the traditional ergonomic methods and models we come to the suggestions
of the creating the architecture and knowledge base ontology of HCI-Engineering Intelligent Systems that may help to create good and
usable web-interfaces.
