The current study aimed at investigating social learning skills level in relation to social competence among the College of Education pre-service teachers at Al-Aqsa University. A total of 100 male and female students from the college of education at Al-Aqsa University participated in this study. A social learning instrument and a social competence instrument were utilized in the present study, and the piloting was administered electronically through web.
