Abstract

Considered urban development in the desert cities, one of the major challenges of 
the state, and the latter have been adopted in order to achieve this development to 
resort investment private investment in the housing sector, as a viable means of 
providing barracks for individuals in line with the rapid demographic growth of the 
community, and given the importance of housing as a The most important problems 
that societies face, investment in the housing sector has had an effective role in 
promoting desert areas and moving them to the heights of major urban cities.
