This research aimed to identify the knowledge level of the respondents with the technical recommendations related to the basics of fish farming before and after attending the training program, in addition to measuring the impact of the training program and also identifying the opinions of the respondents in the training program according to some criteria of training effectiveness, in addition to identifying the evaluation of the training program from The respondents' point of view, and the respondents' most important suggestions in order to increase the effectiveness of future training programs. The data was collected using a personal interview questionnaire through a form that was completed by the trainees before and after their exposure to the studied training programme.
They are in the Maghra and West West Minya regions of the New Egyptian Rural Development Company. They are 37 respondents during the training program. In presenting the results and analyzing the data, frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, paired T test were used to measure the differences between before and after the program, and Cohen's equation, and that To know the impact of the training program, The most important results were: that about 74.1% of the respondents had a medium level of knowledge of the technical recommendations related to the basics of fish farming before implementing the program, while 100% of the respondents had a high level of knowledge of the recommendations of fish farming after implementing the program. The training program was ranked in descending order as follows: water quality in fish farming with a medium degree of 2.89, feeding fish and diets with a medium degree of 2.81, incubation of fish fry with a medium degree of 2.75, and the results also indicate a high rate of the training program on the cognitive level of the respondents, where its value reached About 2.21 by applying Cohen's dee equation, The results also indicated that the most important suggestions of the respondents in order to increase the effectiveness of future training programs were arranged as follows: Training courses in fish farming sites mentioned by (86.4%) of the total respondents, conducting intensive seasonal courses that include all stages of fish farming from beginning to end to burden experiences Personality with theoretical and practical information was mentioned by (81%) of the total respondents, a lot of practical training courses, especially for hatching tilapia, mentioned by about (64.8%) of the total respondents.
