Agricultural wages play a role in employment and an increase in
agricultural production and agricultural wages in order to play this role, they are affected by many economic variables. Therefore, the study was aimed as
determining the most important of these variables impact on the agricultural
wages in Egypt, and the study used some mathematical method and the
statistical method of least squares on three stages (3LSL) and this study
covered the period from 1995 to 2014.
And the study reached several conclusions, including:
Through the standard model used in determining the most important
economic variables affecting agriculture wages in Egypt.
They reached several conclusions including that the increase in the
money supply lead to increase investment and so increase agricultural out put
and consumption and the creating new jobs to meet the increased demand and
thus treat the problem of unemployment.
It also shows that the increase in the worker productivity leading to the
increase in the production and increase the revenue and profits and then
increase allocations wages leading to increased annual wages for agricultural
workers.
By predicting the agriculture wages in Egypt in 2020, showing that all
of the wages of the agriculture workers and the annual wages of the agriculture
worker expected to be about 47.93 billion pounds, 9.85 thousand pounds in
2020 on arrangement.
And in the light of the results reached by the study recommends the following:
1- Work to increase the money supply with the controls of this increase
through an expansive monetary policy balanced and well thought out and
commensurate with the volume of production and the balance between them
and inflation.
2- Work on linking the agriculture wages with the agricultural worker
productivity.
3- Work to increase agricultural investment and creating new jobs
opportunities and treat the problem of unemployment.
