Abstract

The present study investigated some foxicological aspects of chlorodene in abino rats. The study included determination of LDco, ultraviolet spectrophotometic analysis distribution of the insecticide in the different organs of the rats and lastly the histopathological changes produced in rats after oral adminstration of a single dose of 0.025 mg/Kg BHT chlorodine.
