Abstract

An experimental study was performed as a trial to prevent the post-operative abdominal adhesions by intraperitoneal topical applica tion of hyaluronidase and alfa-chymotrypsin enzymes.
Hyaluronidase was found to be more effective in prevention of adhesions formation.
