Abstract

Large, regular, rhomboid or crystalline inclusions were seen in peri pheral blood-leucocytes from stray dogs in Assiut governorate. The location, shape, size, dimensions as well as the histochemical nature of these inclusions were studied. After the haematological and histopathological examinations, the inclusions could be probably related to infectious canine hepatitis virus infection.
