Abstract

Blood samples were collectd from (5 normally calved and 6 affected with uterine torston) buffaloes. Serum total protein, albumin, globulin, glucose, cholestrol, phosphorous were analysed. Variations were within the acceptible limits except for serum glucose and serum choletrol which showed significantly (P/ 0.05) lower values in animals with uterine torsion than normally calved buffaloes.
