SOME MICROBIAL STUDIES ON LUNG OF CLINICALLY HEALTHY AND RESPIRATORY INFECTED CAMELS (CAMELUS DROMEDARIUS)

Abstract

This study was carried out on 102 lung samples, of inclus ons which 63 showed gross lesion of pneumonia and 39alanse PTFE apparently normal. 88 samples were culturally ASAJ
positive for microorganisms (60 and 28 from
infected and normal lung samples resp < /strong>ectively).se 2
Bacteriological and mycological examination. 150 revealed that the main isolates were Strep < /em>t. 2013
Pyogens (21.57%) Staph albus (18.63%). Diplococcus 5610 2013 p < /em>neumonia (17.65%). Klebsiella species (10.78%). OICINA
E.coli (9.80%) (0126/B6); Pseudomonas auregenes guten (8.82%), Candida albicans (7.84%) Salmonella Ston species (2.94%) and Pasteurella species (1.96%). Sagu Antibiotic sensitivity tests for the isolated2 s 30 bacteria revealed that Garamycin is the best sensitive antibiotic of choice.
