This article will throw the light on the use of mesh expansion technique "punctate relaxing incisions" and sliding flap techniques "Z and V-Y plastic incisions" for management and closure of some clinical surgical skin disorders. Punctate relaxing incisions were performed after excision of ulcerated soft fibroma from the lateral aspect of the hock joint, an management.
