This research aimed to identify the contrast between the views of employees (administrative and technicians) at Mansoura University hospitals in relation to each of the organizational intelligence, which its dimensions represented in (strategic vision, The desire to change and Application of knowledge) and trust in immediate supervisor, in additional to identify the nature of relationship between dimensions of organizational intelligence and trust in immediate supervisor, And also to identify effect dimensions of organizational intelligence on trust in immediate supervisor, the study population consisted of the employees (administrative and technicians) at Mansoura University hospitals, and the sample was selected depending on the choice of a stratified random sample of the population of the study procedures and it was distributed irregularly, and the sample was consisted of (382) person, and the study used ( T test, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis and Stepwise Multiple Regression) as Statistical methods To test the validity of the study hypotheses, by using (Spss Ver.22)for statistical analysis program, and The results showed no significant variation between the views of employees (administrative and technicians) at Mansoura University hospitals in relation to each of the dimensions of organizational intelligence as they returned (Strategic Vision), and trust in immediate supervisor, and the study also found that there is a positive correlation significant relationship with statistically significance at the level (0.01) between dimension of the organizational intelligence and trust in immediate supervisor, and there are also significant effect the dimensions of organizational intelligence on trust in immediate supervisor.
