Abstract

This study aimed to address the effect of dimensions of electronic service quality on customer preference of websites, and it aimed also to propose the dimensions of electronic service's quality.
The study has been made on the customers of five stars hotels in Cairo city, and its sample was 381 from the customers of these websites. The results of study concluded that there this a positive effect of the dimensions of electronic service's quality on the degree of customer preference of websites for the hotels under study. Besides, the results of study concluded that the most influential dimensions of electronic service's quality of customer preference for the websites is the credibility as it occupied the first place in affecting the customer preference, but at the second place was the quality of managing electronic relationship, but at the third place was the response rate, and at the fourth place after-sale service and at the fifth place was easiness of surfing.
