Entrepreneurship is receiving increased attention in Egypt. In spite of all efforts, only four Egyptian public universities had established innovation & entrepreneurship centers. Moreover, these centers ignored service delivery system that must be carried out for integrating the entrepreneurship education within universities.
The overall objective of the current study is to design service delivery system for innovation & entrepreneurship centers within Egyptian public universities. Qualitative research approaches were employed through four phase to design service delivery system for innovation & entrepreneurship centers which consistent with the concept of innovation & knowledge-intensive service.
It is important for practitioners and policy makers to gain insights on how designing service delivery system for innovation & entrepreneurship centers within universities; it can assist for obtaining higher economic growth& sustainable development, in keeping up with the fast pace of an open-market capitalist society & in promoting self-employment & training; which all lead to the reduction of unemployment.
This study offers three principal contributions: first, designing of service delivery system which consistent with the concept of service; second, development of an uncommon concept of innovation & knowledge-intensive services in the marketing literature that is incoherent & lacks theoretical models; third, identification best practices of innovation & entrepreneurship centers in universities by reviewing, analyzing marketing activities, and continuing to experiment.
