Abstract

Abstract : The study aimed to measure the effect of the dimensions workplace ostracism of on the dimensions of emotional dissonance‚ As well as measuring the adjusted effect of Psychological Resilience in the relationship between workplace ostracism and emotional dissonance‚ In hospitals and medical centers, Mansoura University, a sample has been chosen of (360) from the nursing staff in those hospitals and medical centers, the necessary raw data collected through questionnaire, the proportion of correct responses has reached about (71%) of the nursing staff, The results of the study showed that there is a significant effect on the dimensions of workplace ostracism of on the dimensions of emotional dissonance‚ The study also showed that the entry of Psychological Resilience in the relationship between workplace ostracism and emotional dissonance (Emotional Exhausion and Intention Turnover) support plays a moderating role in the positive effect of workplace ostracism behaviors on emotional dissonance (Emotional Exhausion and Intention Turnover ) this was reflected by the increased The coefficient of determination
