Abstract: This study dealt with exploring the effect of servant leadership on the behavior of organizational citizenship in Diwan of the Directorate of Health Dakahlia Governorate. Also, the study attempted to achieve a set of objectives , which involving, the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of servant leadership and the dimensions of behavior of organizational citizenship, determine the most effective servant leadership dimensions ,have impact on dimensions the behavior of organizational citizenship. The current study contributes to providing a range of proposals in the light of the obtained results, which may help the leaders of health organizations to improve the quality of health service level through the development of leadership features, which in turn enhance the work environment. To achieve these goals, the researcher has been formulate his hypotheses. To check the validity of these hypotheses, the researcher used a range of statistical techniques represented in: Cronbach's alpha, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The most important results obtained were no significant correlation between most of the servant leadership dimensions and organizational citizenship behaviors. As well as, there was a significant impact of the servant leadership on organizational citizenship behaviors Diwan Directorate into practice.
