This research aims to: (1) determine the degree of students' awareness of the concept of entrepreneurship and the characteristics of an entrepreneur, (2) identify students' attitudes towards entrepreneurship, (3) identify students' obstacles to the spread of the concept of entrepreneurship, (4) identify suggestions to develop students' awareness of the concept of entrepreneurship. The sample was restricted to study 145 students. Data was collected through a personal interview questionnaire. The EXCEL program was used to analyze the data. The statistical methods were used: percentages, and frequencies. The results of the research: The sources of knowledge for students about entrepreneurship were websites, faculty members and books. The results also show the lack of clarity of the difference between small projects and entrepreneurial projects among students, and a lack of accurate understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship. The results indicate that the surveyed students have good knowledge of the characteristics of an entrepreneur. It also shows positive attitudes among students towards entrepreneurship. We find agreement among students on the obstacles that restrict them and prevent them from thinking about undertaking a entrepreneurial project. The biggest obstacle is financial means, lack of experience, low expected profit, lack of training and lack of information. But all these obstacles can be solved by establishing business incubators at the university. The students suggested that the state encourage young people to set up projects, provide appropriate financing facilities, and exempt projects from taxes. The training of the students provided that their coach is a former entrepreneur.
