Blockchain technology is a cutting-edge innovation that was first applied to the world of cryptocurrencies and is now being widely utilised in many different disciplines and industries. The implementation potential of blockchain in the healthcare industry is discussed in this study along with the development of a prediction model and a blockchain-based framework with an emphasis on the electronic medical record (EMR). To develop a fundamental grasp of blockchain technology, a thorough analysis of journal publications on the blockchain framework is carried out. With the help of a blockchain-based application and database system, the EMR framework concept was established. Participants in the five groups include patients, hospital staff, health care administrators, financial overseers, and certification authorities.

In addition to the two extra procedures aimed at enhancing the security of the blockchain framework, there are four proposed algorithms based on the processes for reading and producing electronic medical data. Finally, the proposed application, which links all participant groups to the blockchain-based EMR system, is implemented along with the created predictive model.
