هدفت البحث إلى التعرف على الأطر النظرية للتنمية المهنية والجدارات المهنية لمديري المدارس الثانوية الفنية الصناعية ومتطلبات تحقيق إستراتيجية التنمية المستدامة لمصر 2030م، والتعرف على واقع التنمية المهنية لمديري المدارس الثانوية الفنية الصناعية في محافظة شمال سيناء، والوقوف على معوقات التنمية المهنية لهم، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتحسين التنمية المهنية لمديري المدارس الثانوية الفنية الصناعية بمحافظة شمال سيناء. واستخدمت البحث الاستبانة کأداة لتطبيقها على عينة من العاملين بالمدارس الثانوية الفنية الصناعية بشمال سيناء. وتوصلت البحث لتقديم تصور مقترح للتنمية المهنية المبنية على الجدارات لمديري المدارس الثانوية الفنية الصناعية بمحافظة شمال سيناء في ضوء متطلبات رؤية مصر 2030.
Abstract:
The research aimed to identify the theoretical frameworks for professional development and the professional competencies of the principals of industrial technical secondary schools and the requirements to achieve the sustainable development strategy for Egypt 2030, and to identify the reality of professional development for principals of industrial technical secondary schools in North Sinai Governorate, and to identify the obstacles to their professional development, and to present a proposed vision to improve Professional development for principals of industrial technical secondary schools in North Sinai Governorate. The research used the questionnaire as a tool to apply it to a sample of workers in industrial technical secondary schools in North Sinai. The research reached to present a proposed vision for professional development based on competencies for the principals of technical and industrial secondary schools in North Sinai Governorate in the light of the requirements of Egypt's Vision 2030.
