استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مدى تأثير التدوير والتمكين الوظيفي على تحسين أداء العاملين في المنظمات، حيث يعتبر العاملين الثروة الحقيقية لها. هناك العديد من الاتجاهات الحديثة لتحسين أداء العاملين منها التدوير والتمكين الوظيفي بهدف تنمية قدراتهم وزيادة مشاركتهم. وقد توصل البحث الى عدد من النتائج منها أن التدوير والتمكين الوظيفي من الأساليب الرائدة والحديثة في إعداد اليد العاملة وتأهيلها خاصة حيث تساعد العاملين على تنمية كفاءتهم المهنية وتأدية مهام وظائفهم. ولقد أوصى البحث بضرورة العمل على التخطيط الجيد لتطبيق التدوير والتمكين الوظيفي حتى لا يؤدي إلى نتائج سلبية، إلى جانب تهيئة العاملين لذلك من خلال التدريب.
This research aimed to know the effect of rotation and job empowerment on improving the performance of the employees who are the real wealth of the organization. Rotation and job empowerment are recent trends to improve the performance of employees that develop their capabilities and increase their participation. This research had many results, including that rotation and job empowerment are among the pioneering and modern methods of preparing and qualifying the workforce, especially as they help workers develop their professional competence and perform their job tasks. The research recommended the need to work on good planning for the application of rotation and job empowerment so as not to lead to negative results, in addition to prepare workers for this by holding training courses.
