يروم هذا البحث فى بيان الإطار القانونى الناظم لإدارة جلسات التحقيق الإدارى بمعرفة الجهة الإدارية . وقد قمنا بتقسيم هذا البحث إلى ثلاثة مباحث تناولنا فى المبحث الأول لمهارات وسلطات المحقق الإدارى لإدارة الجلسة التحقيقية ، وتناولنا فى المبحث الثانى الضمانات الإجرائية والموضوعية للموظف أثناء جلسات التحقيق ، وتناولنا فى المبحث الثالث فن إدارة جلسات التحقيق الإدارى والتحرى عن المخالفات التأديبية .
This research aims to explain the legal framework governing the management of administrative investigation sessions by the administrative authority. We have divided this research into three sections. In the first section, we dealt with the skills and authorities of the administrative investigator to manage the investigative session. In the second section, we dealt with the procedural and objective guarantees of the employee during the investigation sessions. In the third section, we dealt with the art of managing administrative investigation sessions and investigating disciplinary violations.
