The main aim of the paper is to address the limited liability company in the Saudi Companies Law. The paper explores various positive and negative effects that are associated with the said laws. The law has been basically based on the knowledge structure of the business owners who at some time remains a critical concern for entrepreneurs before they start any given commercial enterprise.
