Aim:This review article will help clinicians to provide more information about mechanical cleaning efficacy of conventional needle irrigation, Passive ultrasonic irrigation, Endovac and Xp-endo Fnisher in the removal of debris and smear layer from the root. Methods:Cleaning the root canal system is reviewed. Additionally, the irrigation delivery systems technique and devices are reviewed.
