Abstract

Objective:The commonest type of NHL is DLBCL. Hans algorithm was composed of 3 markers (CD10: GCB marker; BCL6: associated with both GCB and ABC subtype; MUM1: post GC marker). Depend on the combination of the 3 markers, Hans's algorithm could categorize  DLBCL into (GCB and ABC subtypes). These findings suggest that clinical staging, MUM1, ABC and CR were independent predictors of OS. Material and methods:This retrospective study was performed on 50 cases of DLBCLs during the period from 2011 to 2018. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) program for Windows (Standard version 21). Results:There was a direct correlation between Ann Arbor staging, COO, IPI, and HCV positivity and the patient response to the treatment and  also, there was a direct relation between Ann Arbor staging, ABC, PS, and IPI of the cases and mortality rate.
