يهدف هذا البحث إلي بناء مقياس علمي للکفايات التدريسية لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية العاملين بالمرحلة الإعدادية بمحافظة کفر الشيخ، والتعرف علي واقع الکفايات التدريسية للمعلمي والمعلمات ، ومستوي الکفايات التدريسية لفئات الخبرة (1 : 10 عام  / 11 : 20 عام / اکثر من 20 عام ) ، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بخطواته وإجراءاته باستخدام الإسلوب المسحي نظراللملائمته لطبيعة  هدف وعينة البحث ، وقم الباحثون باختيار عينة البحث وقوامها ( 113) معلما ومعلمة , وتم إختيار (20) معلما ومعلمة بالطريقة العشوائية لاإجراء الدراسة الإستطلاعية , وبذلک أصبحت العينة  الاساسية التي طبقت عليها الدراسة (93) معلم ومعلمة بواقع 74 من الذکور ، ( 19) من الإناث يمثلون(6) إدرات تعليمية ، وتوصل الباحثون إلي بناء مقياس الکفايات التدريسية لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية يتکون من خمسة محاور أساسية ( کفايات النمو المهني – الکفايات الأدائية – کفايات إدارة الصف- کفايات إستخدام الوسائل التعليمية) .

This research aims to build a scientific scale for the teaching competencies of male and female teachers of physical education working in the preparatory stage in Kafr El Sheeh Governorate, and to identify the reality of the teaching competencies of male and female teachers, and the level of teaching competencies for the categories of experience (1: 10 years / 11: 20 years / more than 20 years), The researcher used the descriptive approach with his steps and procedures using the survey method in view of the suitability of the nature of the research sample, and the researcher chose the research sample and its strength is (113) male and female teachers, and (20) male and female teachers were chosen randomly to conduct the exploratory study, and thus became the basic sample that was applied to me This study (93) male and female teacher (74) male, (19) female, representing (6) educational departments, and the researcher reached to build a scale of teaching competencies for male and female teachers of physical education consisting of five basic axes (professional growth competencies - performance competencies - management competencies Class - Competencies for the use of educational aids).
