Abstract research aimed to the effect of pumpkin, and quinoa powder on nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFLO) in rats. Seeds of pumpkin, lentil and quinoa were germinated, oven dried and analyzed for their nutritive value of their macronutrients, mineral, phenols & compounds contents.
