تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القنوات الفضائية العربية في نشر الثقافة القانونية لدى الشباب الجامعى في مصر، فالوعي القانوني ونشر ثقافة احترام القانون ضرورة تفرضها الظروف القومية والمحلية الراهنة ، فإنه يمکن الفرد من التعرف على حقوقه و واجباته ويحميه من شتى أشکال التطرف ويعمل على النهوض بالمجتمع ورکزت الدراسة على الشباب المصري باعتباره الفئة المؤثرة في المجتمع حاضرا و مستقبلا ، وترجع أهمية المؤسسات الإعلامية في نشر الثقافة القانونية و احترام القانون إلى أنها من المصادر الأساسية التي يستقي الفرد منها معلوماته ، و إلى دورها الأساسي خاصة في الدول النامية فهي من الأدوات الرئيسية التي تساعد الأفراد على إدراک الموضوعات ولها دور في رفع درجة الوعي و زيادة حجم ونوع المعلومات المتوفرة للأفراد ، ومعالجتها للأحداث في إطار ما تقدمه من برامج وهو ما يؤدى بدوره إلى نشر الثقافة القانونية والوعي بالقانون.   Summary of the Study This study aims to identify the role of Arab Satellite Channels In spreading  Lawful Culture For University Students in Egypt  . The lawful consciousness and  spreading the culture of respecting law is a necessity imposed by the current  national and local conditions . It makes the individual recognize his rights and his duties and also protects him from all various forms of radicalism and develops the society  . The study concentrates on the youth as they are the most influential  category  in the society now and in the future .  The importance of media organizations in spreading lawful culture and respect law is due to its role as one of the main sources that provides people with information. And its role as one of the main tools which helps people in realize topics and its role in raising awareness, the amount , the type of information and  in  processing actions in its programmes which leads in spreading lawful culture and awareness of the law specially in developing countries .
