Abstract

A novel series of heterocyclic compounds like quinazoline, triazole, thiazolidine and oxazine derivatives was prepared via treatment of isothiocyanate with nitrogen, sulfur and carbon nucleophiles. The chemical structures of all products were confirmed on the basis of their elemental analyses and spectroscopic data(IR, MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR).
