هدف البحث الى التعرف على اهم المتطلبات اللازمة لتحقيق التمكين الرقمي لدى معلمات رياض الاطفال بمحافظة اسيوط، وتقديم عدة آليات مقترحة يمكن من خلال اتباعها وتنفيذها في الواقع لتحقيق متطلبات التمكين الرقمي لدى معلمات رياض الاطفال، وذلك من خلال استعراض مفهوم التمكين الرقمي، وخصائصه، واهميته، ومجالاته، ومتطلبات تحقيقه. استعانت الباحثتان بإجراءات المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق اهداف البحث واستخدمتا الاستبانة التي تم اعدادها وتطبيقها على عينة من معلمات رياض الاطفال بالروضات الحكومية واالخاصة بمحافظة اسيوط والتي بلغت (270) معلمة بواقع 13% من المجتمع الأصلي لمعلمات رياض الاطفال بمحافظة اسيوط والبالغ عدهم (2070) وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية. وتوصل البحث الى ان متطلبات تحقيق التمكين الرقمي لمعلمات رياض الاطفال بمحافظة اسيوط تتمثل في متطلبات معرفية، متطلبات مهارية، متطلبات تقنية، متطلبات بشرية، متطلبات امنية، متطلبات إدارية. كما قدم البحث مقترحات لتحقيق متطلبات التمكين الرقمي لمعلمات رياض الاطفال. The aim of the research is to identify the most important requirements for achieving digital empowerment among kindergarten teachers in Assuit province, and to provide several proposed mechanisms that can be followed and implemented in fact to achieve the requirements of digital empowerment among kindergarten teachers, by reviewing the concept of digital empowerment, its characteristics, importance, areas, and requirements for achieving it, and the researchers used descriptive curriculum procedures to achieve research objectives and used the questionnaire that was prepared and applied to a sample of kindergarten teachers in regular governmental Kindergartens and govermmental Private Kindergarten. Assuit governorate, which reached (270) marked by 13% of the original community of kindergarten teachers in Assuit province and the number of them (2070) and the sample was selected randomly, and the research found that the requirements for achieving the digital empowerment of kindergarten teachers in Assuit province are knowledge requirements, skill requirements, technical requirements, human requirements, security requirements, administrative requirements. The research also made proposals to meet the requirements of digital empowerment of kindergarten teachers.
