This "intelligence" moves from central servers to devices and things that will soon become part of our daily lives. These evolving will revolutionize e-governed and create a new generation of e-government emerging that give the ability to impact in this sector by transforming the way public administrations provide advanced and innovative services and but the way citizens interact with them.
