هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور المرأة في التعليم التقني في ضوء رؤية مستقبلية لدى عينة الدراسة من إداريين وأکاديميين في الکليات التقنية الحکومية في فلسطين، وتحديد دور متغيرات الدراسة "الجنس، ومکان العمل، والعمر، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة في مجال العمل الحالي، والمسمى الوظيفي"، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واختيرت عينة طبقية عشوائية معتمداً طبقات (الکلية، والجنس، والمسمى الوظيفي)، ضمت (214) من الإداريين والأکاديميين في الکليات التقنية الحکومية في فلسطين.
This study aimed to explore the role of women in technical education in the light of a future vision for the study sample of administrators and academics in government technical colleges in Palestine, it also explores the role according to the research variables: (gender, workplace, age, educational qualification, years of experience in the current field of work, and job title)، The study adopted the quantitative descriptive approach, on a stratified random sample, includes (214) administrators and academics in government technical colleges in Palestin.
