عرف الإنسان الهجرة منذ القدم ، وهي حق من حقوقه أقرها الإسلام ، وسجل التاريخ الإسلامي أسمى صور الهجرة و أبعدها أثراً وفي مقدمتها هجرة المصطفى محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ، کما أقرت مواثيق الأمم المتحدة الهجرة باعتبارها حقاً مشروعاً لکل إنسان في إطار القوانين المنظمة ، إلا أن هناک هجرة غير مشروعة تأتي خلافاً للقوانين الوطنية و المواثيق و المعاهدات الدولية ، وهي محل ورقة البحث هذه ، ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أنواع الهجرة وعلى أساليب الهجرة غير الشرعية وأطرافها وألياتها وکذلک التعرف على أسباب و مخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية والتعرف على الإجراءات التى تتخذها الحکومة المصرية لمکافحة ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية.
Abstract:
Man has known migration since ancient times, and it is one of his rights recognized by Islam, and Islamic history has recorded the highest forms of migration and the most distant impact, foremost of which is the migration of the Prophet Muhammad, may God's prayers and peace be upon him. There is illegal immigration that comes in violation of national laws, charters and international treaties, which is the subject of this urging paper, and the research aims to identify the types of immigration and the methods, parties and mechanisms of illegal immigration, as well as identifying the causes and risks of illegal immigration and identifying the actions taken by the Egyptian Government to combat the phenomenon of illegal immigration.
