Abstract

يعد الوقت أحد أهم المقومات الاساسية التي اعتمدت عليها مرحلة الإدارة العلمية الحديثة، وذلك للتأثير الكبير لعنصر الوقت في العناصر الأخرى للإدارة، حيث يؤثر في الطريقة التي تستخدم بها الموارد الأخرى ويعتبر رأس المال الحقيقي للإنسان خاصة وأنه المورد الوحيد الذى إذا ضاع فإنه لن يعود، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى وضع بعض الاستراتيجيات اللازمة لإدارة الوقت لدى القيادات الأكاديمية بالجامعات المصرية. Abstract Time is one of the most important foundations on which the modern scientific management stage relied. This is due to the significant impact of the time element on other elements of management as it affects the way in which other resources are used, and it is also considered the real capital of the human being, especially since it is the only resource that if lost, it will not return. This research aims to develop some strategies for time management of academic leaders in Egyptian universities
