هدف البحث الحالي إلى توضيح دور الأنشطة المدرسية في تنمية المهارات الحياتية لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية, واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفى لملاءمته لموضوع البحث, وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج, ومنها: عدم توفير الإمکانات المادية المناسبة لتحقيق متطلبات الأنشطة، عدم قدرة المعلمين على تنظيم الأنشطة وزيادتها، وافتقارهم للمهارات اللازمة لممارسة النشاط، عدم الاهتمام باستخدام الأنشطة الدراسية في تقويم التلاميذ. کما يمکن تفعيل دور الأنشطة المدرسية في تنمية المهارات الحياتية من خلال تحقيق بعض المتطلبات الخاصة بالمعلمين والإدارة المدرسية والمناهج الدراسية. Abstract The current research aimed to clarify the role of school activities in developing life skills for primary school students. The researcher used the descriptive approach because of its suitability to the subject of the research. The research found a number of results, including: Lack of sufficient material resources to meet the requirements of activities; teachers' inability to organize and increase activities; teachers' lack of skills for practicing the activities; lack of the interest in using school activities in the evaluation of students; and the role of school activities in developing life skills can be activated by achieving some requirements for teachers, school administration and curricula.
