يدور الحـديث في هذا البحث حول بيان وجه إعجـاز القـرآن الكريم في قضية الغذاء ، وما أحله سبحانه وما حرمه ، من الأغذية ، وكشفت فيه عن  أسرار وحكم  التشريع  فيما أحل  وحرم  ؛ حيث تبدو حكم الله جلية  في كل ما أمر به  ونهى عنه قائمة على مراعاة مصالح العباد الدينية والدنيوية ، كما أن بيـان وجـه إعجـاز القرآن الكريم يُمثـل لغـة العصـر الـذي نعـيش فيـه الآن ؛ لأن في ذلك ثبـات لمصـدرية القـرآن العظـيم ، وأنـه صالح لكل زمان ومكان .واســتمد البحــث مادتــه مـــن مصــادر قديمة وحديثة ، وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يكون في مقدمة وتمهيد وفصلين  وخاتمة وفهارس، المقدمة: عرضت فيها لمحة سريعة عن مضمون هذا البحث ومحتواه - ومصادره، وأسباب اختياري للموضوع، ومنهجي في البحث. أما التمهيد فقد اشتمل على: تعريف الإعجاز في اللغة والاصطلاح ــ ومعنى الأطعمة والأشربة في اللغة والاصطلاح ــ واهتمام الإسلام بالطعام والشراب (الغذاء) ودعوة الناس إلى التفكر والتدبر، أما الفصل الأول فجعلته بعنوان: الأطعمة المُحللة والمُحرمة ودلالتها على الإعجاز" وقسمته إلى مبحثين: المبحث الأول: الأطعمة المُحللة في الإسلام ودورها في الحفاظ على صحة الفرد والمجتمع. أما المبحث الثاني فكان بعنوان: الأطعمة المُحرمة في الإسلام وأثرها السيء على صحة الفرد والمجتمع، أما الفصل الثاني فجعلته بعنوان:" الأشربة المُحللة والمُحرمة ودلالتها على الإعجاز. واشتمل على مبحثين: المبحث الأول: الأشربة المحللة في الإسلام ودورها في الحفاظ على صحة الفرد والمجتمع.  أما المبحث الثاني: فكان بعنوان: الأشربة المُحرمة في الإسلام وأثرها السيء على صحة الفرد والمجتمع، أما الخاتمة: فجاءت مُلخصة لأهم النتائج؛ لهذا الموضوع الذي توصلت إليه، وأهم التوصيات والمقترحات التي رأيت فيها إثراء للمكتبة التفسيرية؛ خدمة لكتاب الله العزيز، وسنة حبيبه ــ صلى الله عليه وسلم. The discussion in this research revolves around the miracle of the Holy Qur'an in the issue of food, and what the Almighty allowed and what he forbidden, of food, and revealed in it the secrets and the ruling of legislation in what was allowed and forbidden; where the judgment of Allah seems clear in everything that he ordered and forbade based on taking into account the religious and worldly interests of worshippers, and the statement of the miracle of the Holy Quran represents the language of the era in which we live now; because in that it is a stability of the source of the Qur'an. The great, and that it is valid for every time and place, and the research derived its material from ancient and modern sources, The nature of the research required that it includes an introduction, a preface, two chapters, a conclusion and indexes, the introduction: a quick overview of the content and content of this research - its sources, the reasons for my choice of topic and my methodology in the research. As for the introduction, it included: the definition of miracle in language and terminology, the definition of food and beverages in language and terminology, the term food in the Holy Qur'an, And Islam's interest in food and beverages and inviting people to think and forethought. While the first chapter made it entitled: " Allowed and forbidden foods and their indication of miracles " and divided it into two sections: the first section: Allowed foods in Islam and their role in maintaining the health of the individual and society. The second section was entitled "Forbidden foods in Islam and their bad effect on the health of the individual and society".  While the second chapter was entitled "Allowed and forbidden beverages and their indication of miracles ". It included two sections: the first section: the allowed beverages in Islam and their role in maintaining human health. The second section was entitled: Forbidden beverages in Islam and their bad effect on the health of the individual and society.While the conclusion: it came as a summary of the most important results; for this topic I reached, and the most important recommendations and proposals in which I saw the enrichment of the interpretive library; in service of the book of Allah the dear, and the Sunnah of his beloved (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)
