Abstract

Recently various countries especially Arab ones have been subjected to many catastrophes, whether environmental ones such as air and water pollution or natural catastrophes such as volcanoes or earthquakes and rain or even man-made catastrophes like war and thefts. These catastrophes could affect negatively residential areas which includes valuable heritage buildings that exist numerously in Arab countries. Many of which have been exposed to total or partial demolition which increases the possibility of the annihilation of this great heritage.
