The research aims to find a way to determine the compatibility of the building with the needs of persons with disabilities by designing a checklist to measure this According to a set of universal considerations for architectural design for the needs of people with disabilities in public buildings. The study concluded a series of measures that would increase or improve access for people with disabilities to the new Assiut building.
