ملخص البحث
 
   يهدف البحث الحالى إلى اقتراح تدريب المدربين بوحدات ضمان الجودة بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعى على مهارات البحث عبر الانترنت في ضوء احتياجاتهم التدريبية , ولتحقيق ذلک تم إعداد استبانة من قبل الباحث ، وبعد التحقق من صلاحيتها تم تطبيقها على  (30) مدرب بوحدات ضمان الجودة بمديرية التربية والتعليم بکفر الشيخ ،وکشفت الاستبانة عن عدم إلمام المدربين بعملية البحث عبر الانترنت ، کما تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والتکرارات والنسب المئوية، واختبار(ت)، فقد کشفت  الدراسة أن المدربين بوحدات ضمان الجودة بحاجة إلى التدريب على تلک المهارة بدرجة مرتفعة , کما أظهرت فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطى درجات الاختبار التحصيلى المرتبط بالبحث عبر الانترنت لصالح درجات الاختبار التحصيلى بعدىا , وأظهرت أيضا فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات المتدربين في الأداء القبلي و البعدي  .
وتناولت العديد من الدراسات الاحتياجات التدريبية , وتدريب المعلمين بالمؤسسات التعليمية على تقنيات تکنولوجيا التعليم ومستحدثاتها ولکن هذا البحث اهتم بالمدربين بوحدات ضمان الجودة بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعى و مستوى إلمامهم  بمهارات البحث عبر الانترنت وتوظيفها فى عملية التدريب .
وقد أوصى البحث بالتخطيط لدورات تدريبية تلبى حاجات المعلمين، و تصميمها وفقًا للمستحدثات التکنولوجية فى التدريب وتبنى معايير وأسس تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة وفقًا للمستحدثات التکنولوجية، لمسايرة متطلبات العصر . There is no institution that does not train its members on everything that is new, and this training does not achieve the desired success without using technological innovations that will succeed in the training process, but rather it has become a necessity that cannot Dispensed with, and these innovations are in the form of computers, advanced programs, multimedia, and high-level used in the training process besides; Use the Internet, which facilitated a lot in the training process, and made it easier for the users themselves to search for, send and receive any information. Super media is a unique use of the computer in providing information and overcoming the linear way to view information away from reading and understanding information in a sequential order and a paragraph after paragraph and page after page. The introduction and employment of the Internet in the teacher preparation and training program contributes to achieving its qualitative and quantitative goals together, and its success has been confirmed in addressing many educational problems facing this program, due to what it possesses characteristics and advantages, the most important of which is the development of the learner's ability to self-learn and collect in line with the differences Individual among them, as these techniques allow each learner the opportunity to progress in his learning according to the pace of his self-step and provide him with immediate and frequent feedback that enhances his learning and development, and also contributes to treating the growing shortage in the preparation of the teaching staff and raising their competencies in the face of large numbers.
