Abstract

Artworks in ancient South Arabia had flourished, particularly the art of sculpture and engraving. The models found from these artifacts reflected the civilization of the society in which it emerged in terms of environmental, social and political conditions, as well as religious beliefs. The views of researchers differed as to the purpose for which works of art were carried out, especially in the early ages
