هدف البحث إلى الکشف عن إيجابيات التعليم عن بعد وسلبياته من وجهة نظر معلميالمرحلة الثانوية بدولة الکويت في ظل جائحة کورونا.        وقد تکونت عينة البحث من مئتين وخمسين معلما من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية         بدولة الکويت.         توصلت النتائج إلى أن إيجابيات التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الکويت في ظل جائحة کورونا کثيرة، وأهمها: أن التعليم عن بعد يسهم في حل مشکلة کثرة أعداد الطلاب، حيث بلغ الوزن النسببي لهذه العبارة(96.8%)، وأن التعليم عن بعد يسهم في حل مشکلة الطلاب القاطنين في الأماکن البعيدة والنائية، بوزن نسبي بلغ(96.4%)، وأن التعليم عن بعد يقلل من مصروفات السفر بالنسبة للطلاب والمعلمين، بوزن نسبي بلغ(94.4%).         کما توصلت النتائج إلى سلبيات التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الکويت في ظل جائحة کورونا کثيرة، وأهمها: لجوء الطلاب إلى الغش في أثناء الامتحانات، بوزن نسبي بلغ(97.2%)، ونقص التفاعل بين الطلاب والمعلمين، بوزن نسبي بلغ(96.8%)، وأن التعليم عن بعد يفقد عملية التعليم طابعها الإنساني، بوزن نسبي بلغ(96.6%).       وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة إعادة النظر في تقويم الطلاب، والترکيز على التواصل المباشر بين المعلم وطلابه، ووضع إستراتيجية لتنمية الجانبين المهاري والوجداني للطلاب في نظام التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة کورونا.        The aim of the research is to reveal the pros and cons of distance education from the point of view of secondary school teachers in the State of Kuwait in light of the Corona pandemic.        The research sample consisted of two hundred and fifty secondary school teachers in the State of Kuwait.         The results concluded that the advantages of distance education from the point of view of secondary school teachers in the State of Kuwait in light of the Corona pandemic are many, the most important of which is: that distance education contributes to solving the problem of the large number of students, as the relative weight of this phrase is (96.8%), and that education via After it contributes to solving the problem of students living in remote and remote places, with a relative weight of (96.4%), and that distance education reduces travel expenses for students and teachers, with a relative weight of (94.4%).         The results also found the negatives of distance education from the point of view of secondary school teachers in the State of Kuwait in light of the Corona pandemic, the most important of which are: students resorting to cheating during exams, with a relative weight of (97.2%), and the lack of interaction between students and teachers, with a relative weight of (97.2%). 96.8%), and that distance education loses its human nature to the education process, with a relative weight of (96.6%(       The researcher recommended the need to reconsider the students' evaluation, focus on direct communication between the teacher and his students, and develop a strategy to develop the skills and emotional sides of students in the distance education system in light of the Corona pandemic.
