تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى التعرف إلى واقع تطبيق التعليم في ظل جائحة کورونا في دولتي الکويت وقطر والتداعيات القيمية المترتبة على ذلک , والتعرف إلى أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين دولة الکويت ودولة قطر من حيث الحلول المطبقة في ظل جائحة کورونا, اتبعت الدراسة المنهج المقارن , وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : اعتمدت کلا الدولتين تعطيل المدارس منذ بدء جائحة کورونا بشکل فوري , وتطبيق نظام التعلم الإلکتروني عوضاً عن التعلم الوجاهي وتم تجهيز البنى التحتية اللازمة لذلک , تبين للباحثين بأن من ابرز التداعيات القيمية خلال ازمة کرونا وتطبيق التعلم عن بعد ، ظهور بعض الإيجابيات والتي يجب أن تعزز أکثر بالتعليم بشکل عام اعتماد الطالب على نفسه بالتعلم، التقارب مع الأسرة والوعي للأمور الاجتماعية والمعاني الدينية المرتبطة بمفهوم العلم والتعلم . وهناک أيضا العديد من السلبيات والتي أثرت بشکل واضح علي نتائج التعليم وأصول العملية التربوية توسع ظاهره الغش ومعيار النزاهة عند عدد من الطلبة وحيث الخلط بين مبدأ التعلم کقيمة علمية وسلوک تربوي نابع عن قيمة الفرد الخلقية، وبين اکتساب المعلومات بطريقة غير مشروعة وبعيدة کل البعد عن أصول التعلم, وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحثان بالعمل على الاستفادة الجادة من تجربة التعلم عن بعد فيما يخص التقارب الاجتماعي والتواصل الاسري، ومن جهة أخرى العمل على إيجاد حلول سريعة لظواهر الغش الطلابي وتحفيز الوازع الديني والخلقي والعمل على تعليم أثر تلک الممارسات الدخيلة على التعليم وتوضيح وقع ذلک على المجتمع ونزاهة العاملين بالدولة ومدى تأثر المستوي العملي والفکري للجيل القادم. This study aims to identify the reality of the application of education in light of the Corona pandemic in the states of Kuwait and Qatar and the value implications of that, and to identify the similarities and differences between the State of Kuwait and the State of Qatar in terms of solutions applied under the Corona pandemic, the study followed the comparative approach, and concluded The study resulted in a set of results, the most important of which are: Both countries have adopted the immediate suspension of schools since the start of the Corona pandemic, and the application of the e-learning system instead of face-to-face learning, and the necessary infrastructure has been prepared for this. Some of the positives, which should be further enhanced by education in general, are the student's self-reliance in learning, closeness with the family and awareness of social issues and religious meanings related to the concept of science and learning. There are also many negatives, which have clearly affected the results of education and the principles of the educational process. The phenomenon of cheating and the integrity criterion for a number of students expands, and the principle of learning as a scientific value is confused with educational behavior stemming from the individual's moral value, and the acquisition of information illegally and far from the origins of Learning, and in light of the results, the researchers recommended working on making serious use of the distance learning experience with regard to social rapprochement and family communication, and on the other hand working to find quick solutions to the phenomena of student cheating, stimulating religious and moral motivation, and working on teaching the impact of these extraneous practices on education and clarifying the impact of that. The society, the integrity of state workers, and the impact on the practical and intellectual level of the next generation.
