هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقويم کتاب العلوم المطور للصف الرابع الأساسي  من وجهة نظر المعلمين وذلک لمتغيرات: المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة التدريسية، وعدد الدورات التي تم حضورها. ولتحقيق ذلک أجريت الدراسة على عينة مکونة من ( (85) معلم ومعلمة. حيث طور الباحث معايير ضمن المجالات الآتية: (الشکل العام والاخراج الفني، المحتوى، لغة الکتاب واسلوب عرضه، الصور والرسومات، التقويم). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى تقدير المعلمين لکتاب العلوم کان مرتفعا بشکل عام حيث بلغ متوسط التقدير الکلي للکتاب وعلى المجالات مجتمعة (4.06). کذلک أظهرت النتائج أن متوسط تقدير المعلمين لمجالات الکتاب المختلفة کانت: الشکل العام والإخراج الفني (4.18)، المحتوى (3.93)، لغة الکتاب وأسلوب عرضه (4.05)، الصور والرسومات (3.95)، التقويم (4.10). کما وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند المستوى (a=0.05) تعزى للمؤهل العلمي والخبرة وعدد الدورات التي التحق بها المعلمون. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تقويم کتاب العلوم المطور للصف الرابع الأساسي  من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين This study aims at evaluating the science books developed for the fourth grade viewed by the teacher,. The variables employed in this study are education level and teaching experience. And The number of Training course that have been attending. the study was conducted on a sample of ((85) male and female teachers. The researcher has developed standards based on the following categories: (the general appearance and production, content, language and display method of the book, images and drawings, evaluation,). The study results show that the teachers' evaluation level for science book was generally high; as the total percentage of evaluation for the book in all categories was (4.06). Results showed also that teachers' evaluation of different categories of the book were as follows: (4.18) for general appearance and production, (3.93) for the content, (4.05) for language and display method of the book. (3.95) for images and drawings,and (4.01) for evaluation, The results also showed no differences of statistical significance at level (0.05 = α) for the variable of education level, and the presence of differences of statistical significance at the level (0.05 = α) for years of experience. The study recommended the necessity of evaluating the science book developed for the fourth grade from the point of view of the educational supervisors
