هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة المدراء المساعدين في المدارس المتوسطة بدولة الکويت للإدارة الرقمية، وهل توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في استجابات أفراد العينة باختلاف متغيرات: الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والتخصص الأکاديمي وسنوات الخبرة، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تصميم استبانة تکونت من (31) فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات، وتم توزيعها الکترونيا على المدراء المساعدين، وبلغت العينة  (188) مديرا مساعدا، وبينت النتائج أن المدراء المساعدين يمارسون الإدارة الرقمية بدرجة متوسطة، وأن المعوقات متوافرة بدرجة مرتفعة، کما بينت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى للجنس ولصالح الإناث، ووجود فروق في درجة الممارسة تعزى لمتغير التخصص الأکاديمي ولصالح التخصصات الإنسانية، وکذلک ظهرت فروق تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح ذوي الخبرة الأقل، وقدمت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات في ضوء نتائجها. The study aims to identify the practice degree of assistant school principals in intermediate schools in the state of Kuwait for digital management, and whether there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members with different variables: gender, academic qualification, academic specialization and years of experience, and the study followed the descriptive survey approach, and a questionnaire was designed consisting of (31) paragraphs distributed in six fields, and it was distributed electronically to the assistant directors, and the sample reached (188) Assistant managers, and the results showed that the assistant managers practice digital management with a medium degree, and that the obstacles are available in a high degree, and the results showed that there are statistically significant differences due to gender In favor of females, and the existence of differences in the degree of practice attributable to academic specialization and in favor of human specialties, as well as differences attributed to the variable years of experience in favor of those with less experience, and the study suggested a number of recommendations in light of its results
