هدفت الدراسة إلى استعرض الأدبيات التربوية والدراسات السابقة الخاصة بمنهجية         Six Sigma ومدى استعداد  المؤسسات التعليمية في الکويت لاستخدامها کأسلوب من أساليب الجودة الشاملة في تحسين وتطوير ورفع کفاءة المؤسسات التعليمية ضمن تجارب تلک الأدبيات والدراسات، وقد اتعبت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في قراءة الواقع وقياسه عن طريق معرفة مدى استعداد المؤسسات التعليمية في الکويت لاستخدام أساليب الجودة الشاملة لرفع کفاءة مؤسساتها التعليمية،حيث اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 23 مدير ومديرة مؤسسة تعليمية في دولة الکويت، وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج منها ارتفاع أساليب الجودة الشاملة مما يعکس حرص الإدارات المدرسية برفع کفاءة العمل والسعي لذلک باستخدام أساليب الجودة الشاملة المتنوعة، أيضا من نتائج الدراسة ارتفاع الرغبة العامة لعينة المجتمع لاستخدام منهجيةSix Sigma  کأسلوب من أساليب الجودة الشاملة لرفع کفاءة الإنتاجية في المؤسسة التعليمية ، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات منها تبني منهجية Six Sigma لرفع کفاءةالانتاجية في  المؤسسات التعليمية ، تذليل الصعوبات والعقبات الإدارية أمام تنمية الإدارات المدرسية والهيئات التعليمية وأيضا تمکين الإدارات داخل النظام التعليمي خاصة في عمليات اتخاذ القرار The study aimed to review the educational literature and previous studies on the Six Sigma methodology and the readiness of educational institutions in Kuwait to use it as a method of comprehensive quality in improving, developing, and raising the efficiency of educational institutions within the experiences of this literature and studies, and the study was tired of the descriptive curriculum in reading reality and measuring it by knowing the readiness of educational institutions in Kuwait to use comprehensive quality methods to raise the efficiency of their educational institutions, where the sample of the study included 23 director and director of an educational institution in Kuwait, and the study reached several results, including the study. The study has reached several recommendations, including adopting the six Sigma methodology to raise productivity efficiency in educational institutions, overcoming administrative difficulties and obstacles to the development of school administrations and educational bodies, as well as enabling departments within the educational system, especially in decision-making processes.
