Abstract :
Because of the problems left by traditional energy that affected the environment because it causes gases to be emitted, which leads to environmental pollution, alternative energy, which is renewable energies, had to be adopted because its sources are clean and thus the possibility of mitigating climate change.
Within the framework of embodying this, countries have completed infrastructure projects for renewable energies, and among the methods of achieving them is the adoption of the partnership method between the public and private sectors. The Building, Operation and Transfer (B.O.T) contract, which is considered one of the newly introduced administrative contracts, has special significance because it guarantees the state to provide services in accordance with its development plans and has many advantages.
There are experiences of many Arab countries that have adopted this method as part of implementing renewable energy projects.
