يهدف البحث لدراسة دور التعليم الإلکتروني في دعم اقتصاديات التعليم الجامعي في ظل جائحة کورونا من خلال الإستطلاع المرجعي لمتغيرات الدراسة وتحليل استمارة استبيان موزعة على عينة عشوائية عددها 100 مفردة من خبراء التدريس الأکاديميين بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، وفي إطار الإستطلاع المرجعي تناولت الدراسة في المبحث الأول مجموعة المتغيرات الخاصة بالدراسة والتي شملت التعليم الإلکتروني من حيث (التعريف، الأهمية، الأهداف، الخصائص، الفوائد، المعوقات)،واقتصاديات التعليم من خلال تحديد الأهمية والأهداف و المجالات التي يمکن الاستفادة منها من خلال تطبيق  مفاهيم علم اقتصاديات التعليم، جائحة کورونا وأثرها السلبي على العملية التعليمية وکذلک دور التعليم الإلکتروني في دعم اقتصاديات التعليم الجامعي في ظل جائحة کورونا ، ويتناول المبحث الثاني الدراسة الميدانية ونتائجها، العينة ومجتمع الدراسة، التحليل الإحصائي لآراء العينة الإحصائية،وقد استطاعت الدراسة خلال المبحث الثالث  تحديد مجموعة من النتائج کان منها التأکيد على مساهمة  التعليم الإلکتروني في ظل أزمة کوفيد -19 من  دعم اقتصاديات التعليم من خلال نتائج أفضل لمعادلة التکلفة والعائد من التعليم وتکوين وتطوير رأس المال البشري الوطني المتسلح بالتعليم النوعي والتدريب الجيد، ودعم ميزانيات التعليم بالمملکة وعملية التنمية الاقتصادية في سوق العمل ، وقد جعلت جائحة کوفيد -19  التعليم الإلکتروني واقعاً مقبولاً أکاديمياً ومجتمعياً  حيث أدت إلى زيادة الطلب على التعليم الإلکتروني في الجامعات السعودية وزيادة أعداد الطلاب في برامج التعليم الإلکتروني الکامل والمدمج والمساند بشکل کبير وملحوظ ، وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات مثل  ضرورة الاهتمام بعمليات التخطيط والتصميم والتطبيق والتقويم والمتابعة المستمرة لأنشطة التعليم الإلکتروني بالجامعات السعودية. T The research aims to study the role of e-learning in supporting the economics of university education in light of the Corona pandemic, through a reference survey of the study variables and an analysis of a questionnaire distributed among a random sample of 100 individuals of academic teaching experts at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and within the frame of the reference survey the study dealt with The first topic is a set of variables for the study, which included e-learning in terms of (definition, importance, objectives, characteristics, benefits, constraints), and the economics of education by defining the importance, goals and areas that can be used through applying the concepts of education economics, the Corona pandemic and its impact The negative impact on the educational process as well as the role of e-learning in supporting the economics of university education in light of the Corona pandemic, and the second topic deals with the field study and its results, the sample and the study community, the statistical analysis of the views of the statistical sample, and the study was able during the third section to identify a set of results, including confirmation of the contribution E-learning in light of the Covid-19 crisis from supporting the economics of education through results Better to equalize the cost and return from education, create and develop national human capital armed with quality education and good training, and support education budgets in the Kingdom and the process of economic development in the labor market. The Covid-19 pandemic has made e-learning an accepted reality academically and socially, as it has increased the demand for e-learning in Saudi universities and the increase in the number of students in the complete, integrated and supportive e-learning programs significantly, and the study made a set of recommendations such as the need to pay attention to planning, design, implementation, evaluation and continuous follow-up of e-learning activities in Saudi universities.
