هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى النمو الاخلاقي ، ومستوى ارتباک الهوية الثقافية لدى طلاب الکلية الجامعية بالجموم .والکشف عن الفروق في مستوى النمو الاخلاقي، و الفروق في مستوى ارتباک الهوية الثقافية لدى طلاب الکلية ، ومعرفة العلاقة بين مستوى النمو الاخلاقي ومستوى ارتباک الهوية الثقافية لدى طلاب الکلية الجامعية بالجموم. ولتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة اتّبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، حيث تم تطبيق مقياسين کأداة لجمع البيانات الاول المقياس الموضوعي للتفکير الاخلاقي من إعداد قبس واخرون وتقنين (الغامدي،2015) علي المجتمع السعودي، والآخر مقياس ارتباک الهوية الثقافية من إعداد فضل عبدالصمد(2005م), وقد تم التأکد من صدق وثبات المقياسين بتطبيقهما على عينة استطلاعية (43) طالباً, وتکوّن مجتمع الدراسة من (1146) طالباً من طلاب الکلية الجامعية بمدينة الجموم، وتم اختيار (350) طالباً منهم بالطريقة العشوائية , فأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن ما يلي:
1ـ لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الدرجة الکلية على مقياس النمو الاخلاقي والدرجة الکلية على مقياس ارتباک الهوية الثقافية لدى طلاب الکلية الجامعية بالجموم .
2ـ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى النمو الاخلاقي لدى طلاب الکلية الجامعية بالجموم
باختلاف التخصص .
3ـ توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى النمو الاخلاقي لدى طلاب الکلية الجامعية بالجموم
باختلاف المستوى الدراسي للطلاب وذلک لصالح طلاب المستوى الثامن فهم أکثر نضجاً أخلاقياً.
4ـ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى ارتباک الهوية الثقافية لدى طلاب الکلية الجامعية
باختلاف التخصص.
5ـ توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى ارتباک الهوية الثقافية لدى طلاب الکلية الجامعية باختلاف المستوى الدراسي للطلاب لصالح طلاب المستوى الثاني فهم أکثر شعورا بارتباک الهوية الثقافية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بتصميم برامج ارشادية تتواکب مع التطور العلمي والتقني لتحصين الطلاب ضد المشکلات
النفسية التي قد يسـببها الغزو الثقافي المعولم ، وإعداد برامج خاصة لتنمية الجانب
الخلقي للطلاب المراهقين وإعدادهم للحياة لمواجهة العولمة الثقافية مماسيکون له الاثر في خفض مستوى ارتباک الهوية الثقافية لدى الطلاب .
Abstract
Study Title: Moral development and its relation to the confusion of
cultural identity among the students of the university college in Aljmom City

The study aimed to identify the level of moral development , the level of confusion of the cultural identity of the students of the university college in Aljmom. The disclosure of differences in the level of moral development , differences in the level of confusion of cultural identity of college students, and knowledge of the relationship between the level of moral development and the level of confusion of cultural identity among students of the college. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study followed the descriptive approach Correlative . Two measures were applied as a tool for collecting the data , first scalled objective measure of moral thinking by Gibbs et al. (1984)(Al-Ghamdi, 2015) on Saudi society and the other measure of confusion of cultural identity by Fadl Abdel-Samad ,2005); it was ascertained the validity and reliability scales at the exploratory sample (43) students. The study population Consested ( 1146) students from the university college in Aljmom City, was chosen (350) student randomly . It has resulted in findings of the study for the following :
1. There is no correlation between the total score on the scale of moral development and the total score on the scale of confusion of cultural identity among students of the university college in Aljmom .
2. There were no statistically significant differences in the level of moral development among students at the university college due to specialty .
3. There are statistically significant differences in the level of moral development among students at the university college in Aljmom
According to the students' level of study, for the benefit of the eighth level students who are morally more mature .
4. There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of cultural identity confusion among college students due to specialty.
5. There are statistically significant differences in the degree of cultural identity confusion among university students according to the level of students in favor of second-level students. They are more confused by cultural identity.

Moral development prepare special programs for the development of
to adolescent students and prepare them for life to face the cultural globalization who have the effect of reducing Level of confusion of students.
